Hi, I'm Sam — a certified health and nutrition coach with a lifelong passion for helping people feel their best. I've always believed that living well doesn't have to be complicated. Real, lasting health comes from small, meaningful changes that actually fit your life.
My approach is holistic — because you're a whole person. We'll look at what's on your plate, yes, but also how you sleep, how you handle stress, the role of mindset, and your connection to nature and the people around you. Together, we'll build a picture of health that works for you.
Community has always been at the heart of what I do. As a Realtor for over 14 years, I've had the privilege of helping families put down roots in Williamson County — and that work gave me a deep appreciation for what makes a place truly thrive. That same "heart for community" is what drew me to health coaching, and to food access advocacy.
I co-founded Food for Every Table, a county-wide coalition working to improve food access for all Williamson County residents — rural and urban — now carried forward through Healthy Williamson County and My Community Catalyst. I serve with the Georgetown Neighborhood Food Project, supporting local pantries in getting food to neighbors in need, and I participate in the Local Coalition Collaborative as part of the Regional Food System Council created by the Central Texas Food Bank.
Healthy communities start with healthy people — and I'm here for both. Whether you're ready to explore my self-paced programs or work with me one-on-one, I'd love to be part of your journey.
