The core of Vitality by Design program is the weekly coaching session. This can be done entirely online, through virtual coaching sessions (VIP participants meet one-on-one on Google Meet).
Each week I'll guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness.
You'll also have access to workbooks and resources to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about, and guide your transformation.
I provide you with all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of you...and I'll be right by your side, guiding you every step of the way.
