My path to becoming a Health + Nutrition Coach began in 2022. 


After a lifetime of interest in health and nutrition, I finally found that the best way to a healthy weight and my best life is through small, beneficial lifestyle changes. I transformed my life, and now my passion is to see you transform yours.

The core of Vitality by Design program is the weekly coaching session. This can be done entirely online, through virtual coaching sessions (VIP participants meet one-on-one on Google Meet). 


Each week I'll guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness.


You'll also have access to workbooks and resources to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about, and guide your transformation.
